Fairfax GOP Wins Awards!
12/11/11

Team Fairfax-

Many of you are here with the Fairfax GOP at the Annual Republican Party of Virginia Advance at the Homestead in Hot Springs, VA.  For those of us you who are not, I wanted to share with you a quick update following today's Awards Luncheon.

10th Congressional District Chairman Howie Lind recognized Gerrie Smith as "Best Volunteer" for her hard work in support of our candidates. Gerrie is our Dranesville Magisterial District Chairman.

11th Congressional District Chairman Becky Stoeckel recognized Fairfax for "Best Unit" for our fundraising efforts, ground game, and phone banking in support of our candidates. Braddock District FCRC member David Skiles was recognized as "Best Volunteer" for his work around the county, particularly in support of State Senate 37th District. Our Chairman Anthony Bedell and Prince William's Chairman Lyle Beefelt were both recognized as "Best Unit Chairman."

It's always great to be recognized for our hard work as we look onward to 2012! Congratulations Team Fairfax!

Governor Mitt Romney meets with Volunteers at the FCRC!
10/27/11

Former Governor of Massachusetts Mitt Romney, Governor Bob McDonnell, and Lt. Governor Bob Bolling met with an enthusiastic crowd of volunteers at the headquarters on October 26th. With a crowd of over 300 volunteers listening, Mitt Romney states, "I’m just here to do my very best to encourage the people in Fairfax County to send a message across this commonwealth and across the nation — that is we want our country back."
